Orlen Increases Gas Volumes from Norway to Poland

The Orlen Group has increased the volume of natural gas transported to Poland via the Baltic Pipe from its own production assets in Norway by more than 30% according to a press release.

  • The volume increase equates to an additional 1bcm annually comes following the acquisition of Kufpec Norway and with all attributable gas production directed toward Poland as of 1 April 2024.
  • Orlen Group's Norwegian output is now up to 4bcm annually with aims of exceeding 6bcm per year on the Norwegian Continental Shelf by 2030. The group has reserved Baltic Pipe capacity in excess of 8 bcm per year.
