Polish Pres-'All 28 MiG-29 Jets Transferred'; Not Ready To Send F-16s

UKRAINE

Polish President Andrzej Duda has stated that Poland has transferred all 28 of the MiG-29 fighter jets that the country had committed to Ukraine, up from the 14 that the Polish gov't claimed to have transferred last week.
