- Nonfarm productivity is expected to rise by 2.2% based on the Bloomberg
consensus and by 1.8% based on an MNI survey of analysts. This follows a a 1.9%
reading in Q4.
- Unit labor costs are expected to rise by 1.5% by the BBG survey and by 1.8% in
the MNI survey, both below the 2.0% gain in the previous quarter.
- A solid gain in the output component provides some upside risk to forecasts.
