JGBS AUCTION: PREVIEW: The Japanese Ministry of Finance (MOF) will today sell
Y400bn of JGBs with 1-5 Years until maturity in a liquidity enhancement auction.
JB#49-74, #127-141, #313-337 & #396-408 will be on offer.
- The previous enhanced liquidity auction covering these maturities was held on
November 18. The auction saw Y398.0bn issued and was covered 3.855x at an
average spread of -0.009%, and a high spread of -0.007%, with 42.6056% of the
bids allotted at the high spread.
- There was no real stand outs in terms of demand for a particular line at the
most recent liquidity enhancement auction covering this range of maturities.
- Results due at 0335GMT/1235JST.
