Putin-We Will Expand Ties w/India, Iran, Pakistan

States that Russia will expand its foreign ties to create 'new logistics corridors'. Says that Russia will develop ports on the Black and Azov Seas. Putin: 'We expect cooperation to enhance with India, Iran, Pakistan.'

However, Modi gov't seems content to continue to interact and trade with Russia as well as western nations.
  • Putin: Inflation will be close to 4% in Q2. 'We have conditions for the decrease of long-term interest rates.'
