ECB: Q on why is it important to review a strategy when people only care about

when rates go up?

- Q on Davos: Would it be better to spend more time in Davos than having a Jan

meeting? Do we need 8 press conferences per year? Would the strategy discuss

frequency of meetings?

- A: When something as important as GC meeting is scheduled, don't see need to

change for external event. Would have been unwarranted.

- A on scope: Will review whole host of issues. Will include how to deliver, how

to measure, what tools does the ECB have, how the ECB communicate - encompassing

whole approach - language, outreach etc.

- She wants to understand how better to listen to people. Look at Fed Listens

events. Will have to be different in ECB - different languages across different

states - but that's what she means about listening.
