CABLE: Rate briefly dips back below the $1.28 mark as a spokesman for UK PM May
states that the ECJ Aide's advice this morning does nothing to change the
position of government that Article 50 is not going to be revoked. GBP/USD sits
at the $1.28 handle at typing. Any fall back below the mark will open a test of
the overnight lows at $1.2720 ahead of yesterday's lowest levels of $1.2699. Of
note, BoE's Vlieghe is due to speak later today in Plymouth at 1800GMT.
