CABLE: Rate holds close to the day's lows but has been unable to follow through
with the decline and break the $1.29 handle, bottoming out at $1.2905. The
Brexit euphoria present yesterday has clearly faltered as markets become
cognizant of the difficulties still lying ahead for Brexit. Any fall through the
handle from here will open up support at $1.2876, the 1.0% 10-dma envelope, and
$1.2828/42, the Nov13/12 lows. Cabinet meeting is due from 1400GMT onwards and
leaks are likely, keeping GBP/USD traders on their toes ahead of the WMR fix and
throughout the US afternoon.
