as the Norwegian central bank hold interest rates (alongside expectations) and
continue to point to a rate hike in Q1 - with the Norges Bank's implied policy
path seeing a 90% chance of a rate hike in March. The central bank also comment
that the upturn in the economy "appears to be continuing, spare capacity has
gradually diminished".
