CABLE
CABLE: Rate weakens further, hitting fresh lows at $1.2713 as markets continue
to pullback from the highs posted Friday. Little news to drive the move at
present, with bearish focus now turning to the Friday low at $1.2643, but
support kicks in ahead of there at the 21-dma/100-hma lines at $1.2664/62. With
the leadership contest now around a month from its conclusion (we should know
the new PM by July 22nd), markets focus turns to comments due from BoE's Carney,
Cunliffe, Tenreyro and Saunders on Wednesday as they testify on the May
Quarterly Inflation Report (re-scheduled after being cancelled on the first
pass).
