- The Tuapse plant had previously resumed operations around the end of April or early May after damage by fire in January following a drone strike.
- The plant supplies naphtha, fuel oil, vacuum gasoil and high-sulphur diesel mainly to Turkey, China, Malaysia and Singapore.
