Russia is discussing the possibility of banning sales of its petroleum products to those who adhere to the G7/EU price cap, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said.

The issue is being studied by ministries and companies, Novak said.
Russia’s oil output has remained stable so far in February and nears January levels, while refinery throughput is lower by several percentage points compared to January, he said.
