Russia Shipped First Urals Cargo to Brunei

Russia has shipped its first ever Urals crude oil cargo to Brunei in Moscow’s attempt to diversify its buyers, LSEG data showed.

  • The Minerva Roxanne loaded 100,000 metric tons of Urals crude at Russia's Ust-Luga port on 26 September.
  • It delivered the cargo to Brunei's Pulau Muara Besar refinery terminal on 4 November, according to sources and shipping data.
