Russia’s Oil And Gas Revenues Below Expectations

Oil and gas revenues in Russia’s October budget are 7.5bn rubles ($121mn) less than previously forecast, the Finance Ministry said in a statement.

  • Revenues are expected to increase in November. The volume of additional oil and gas revenues in the Russian budget, associated with an increase in the actual oil price above the baseline level, is estimated at 282.8 bn rubles ($4.6 bln) for November, the ministry added.
