Saudi Crude Exports Narrowly Lower in October m/m

Observed crude exports from Saudi Arabia were slightly lower in October m/m according to Bloomberg vessel tracking.

  • It placed crude exports at 6.1mn bpd in October compared to 6.17mn bpd September.
  • Kpler places Saudi crude exports in October at 6.14mn bpd and Vortexa at 6.4mn bpd.
  • Saudi remains committed to an extra voluntary 1mn bpd production cuts util the end of the year at present. It takes production target just shy of 9mn bpd in the second half of this year – the lowest since July 2020 when the pandemic crushed global demand.
