Simsek Says Turkey to Unveil Tax Incentives to Exporters

  • The Turkish government plans to introduce measures to support exports and encourage foreign currency inflow to the country, Anadolu Agency cite Treasury and Finance Minister Simsek as saying. Exporter manufacturers and suppliers will get a 5-point corporate tax discount. He added that “We will increase the rate of tax deductions and exemptions to be applied to corporate taxpayers abroad, provided that the earnings are brought to the country.”
  • Turkey's adjusted consumer confidence rose to 75.5 in November from 74.6 in October, according to the Turkish Statistical Institute.
