30yr JGB auction and Chinese inflation data are to be the highlights. 
- Outright: "We think the market will stay weak and could touch 99-4 on 10s.
Lets call it 99-4 to 99-12 for an expected range, and with a preference to sell
blips higher. USD had some bounce today and that could fuel some more weakness.
Bond auction probably scares NO ONE." 
- Curve: "Rocket had noted 78 on 5s30s as a long term retracement level (from
the beginning of the century/millenium). He is willing to take a stab at a
steepener. Me? No guts."
