Stabilising Above Cheaps

US TSYS

Tsys show little reaction to the push back from the Japanese government re: the previously flagged round of source reports which pointed to the likelihood of a tweak to the BoJ-government accord shortly after BoJ Governor Kuroda’s departure, having stabilised just off session cheaps ahead of the comments. TYH3 deals -0-07+ at 114-18+, with cash Tsys 1.5-3.0bp cheaper across the curve. Activity may pick up when the afternoon session for JGBs gets underway.
