trade deal falling as tensions continue to heat up after Senate passed human
rights/democracy bill in support of Hong Kong. China expected to retaliate. 
- 10YY slips to 1.7260%, 30YY 2.1902%; Yld curves continue to bull flatten,
3M10Y appr 23bp off Nov 7 highs of year (40.987).
- Overnight flow includes better buying across the curve from fast$, real$ and
prop accts, fast$ buying cash intermediates, swap-tied buying resumes as spds
extend inversion across the curve. Heavy volume partially supported by ongoing
Dec/Mar rolling.
- The 2-Yr yield is down 2bps at 1.5757%, 5-Yr is down 3.1bps at 1.589%, 10-Yr
is down 3.6bps at 1.7466%, and 30-Yr is down 3.5bps at 2.216%.
