T-Notes have stuck to a tight range.........>

US TSYS
US TSYS: T-Notes have stuck to a tight range overnight, after garnering a modest
bid on the political unrest in Australia, and then on the back of headlines from
China's CBIRC stating that Chinese banks face a fresh round of bad assets
exposure.
- There was little notable reaction to the minutes from the latest FOMC MonPol
decision, which most deemed as balanced, with focus quickly turning to Fed Chair
Powell's address at Jackson Hole on Friday. Many officials saw another hike as
being likely appropriate "soon." Committee members were divided over the risks
posed by an inverted yield curve, while the FOMC highlighted trade, housing & EM
as downside risks.
- The Tsy curve sits a touch flatter last.
- The Eurodollar strip last trades virtually unchanged.
- T-Notes last at 120.21+, U.S. 10-Year cash Tsy yields last at 2.813%.
