Technical Analysis: CZKPLN Breaking To New Record Highs

  • USDCZK has been retracing higher in the past two days, breaking above its 22 resistance this morning; next level to watch on the topside stands at 22.13. On the downside, first support to watch stands at 21.82 (50DMA).
  • EURCZK ticks higher this morning after finding support at 25.17 yesterday; next level to watch on the downside stands at 25. On the topside, first resistance stands at 25.37, followed by 25.43 (50DMA).
  • CZKJPY has been retracing lower in the past two days after finding a local high at 5.2160 yesterday; support to watch on the downside stands at 5.1350, followed by 5.1120 (100DMA). On the topside, next resistance to watch above 5.2160 stands at 5.2340.
  • CZKPLN reached a new all time high earlier at 0.1840 amid PLN weakness (breaking above its 0.1836 high reached in December 2011). Support to watch on the downside now stands at 0.1820.
  • CZKHUF continues to reach new record highs, testing its 14.49 resistance earlier which corresponds to the 123.6% Fibo projection of the 12.70 – 14.15 range. On the downside, support to watch stands at 14.28, followed by 14.20.
  • GBPCZK ticks higher this morning after finding support slightly below 29.50, which corresponds to its LT upward trending support line. Resistance to watch on the topside stands at 29.66, followed by 29.89 (200DMA). On the downside, next support to watch below 29.50 stands at 29.35, followed by 29. (chart below).
