for sale. Germany allotted E3.991bln of the new Schatz 0% Mar-20 on Tuesday at
an average yield of -0.51% (-0.514% in secondary market), bids were E4.975bln
and a bid-cover ratio of 1.2 (buba). 
- A six auction Buba-calculated average cover ratio is 1.44x, or 1.15x when
calculated more conventionally.
