EGB SUMMARY: The EU is reported to be considering a conditional Brexit
extension, which would provide scope for UK PM Theresa May to present her
withdrawal deal to the House of Commons for a third time. Earlier in the session
German Chancellor Angela Merkel indicated that she would continue to push for an
orderly Brexit. 
- German bunds sold off from late morning with yields now 0.5-2.0bps higher on
the day. Current yield levels: 2-year -0.533%, 5-year -0.321%, 10-year 0.103,
30-year 0.756%. The curve has steepened slightly with 2s10s trading at 62.7bp up
from 60.5bp.
- French OAT yields have similarly drifted higher. The very long-end of the
curve has flattened with 2s30s narrowing to 188.9bp from 190.5bps.
- It has been a livelier session for Italian BTPs with yields ~ 2-5bp higher on
the day. The 7-year benchmark has outperformed the curve.
- The Spanish curve has steepened on the back of long-end underperformance with
2s10s up 2.7bp on the day.
- Euribor futures are 0.5-2.0 ticks lower with greens/blues underperforming.
