OIL: The major crude benchmarks added around $0.20, while China's crude oil
contract went limit up.
- This comes after a decent enough uptick on Monday, aided by further reports
pointing to lower Saudi production and expectations for a headline drawdown in
this week's DOE inventory data (median exp. ~-1.8mln).
- There were also reports late on Monday, which stated that China had cut its
U.S. oil imports in half during the month of July vs. June.
