US TSYS SUMMARY: The Tsy curve has steepened a little early Thursday but remains
flatter overall following Wednesday's FOMC cut that most considered to
neutral-to-hawkish.
- Full MNI review including Sell-Side note synopses out shortly. Very few
analysts have changed their outlooks for post-FOMC (but to be fair most were
more hawkish compared with rates markets to begin with).
- Sep 10-Yr futures (TY) down 3.5/32 at 127-10 (L: 127-045 / H: 127-18)
- 3M10Y  +2.262, -3.233 (L: -5.397 / H: -1.399).
- The 2-Yr yield is up 1.6bps at 1.8883%, 5-Yr is up 2.6bps at 1.8536%, 10-Yr is
up 2.4bps at 2.0386%, and 30-Yr is up 1.6bps at 2.5407.
- ED futures a little lower, off 0.5-1.5 ticks throughout the strip.
- Data up later includes jobless claims, construction spending and the
highlight, Jul ISM Manufacturing.
