Tight Ranges Persist

US TSYS

TYZ2 holds within the 0-05+ range established early in the session. Cash Tsys run 0.5-1.0bp cheaper across the curve, with nothing in the way of follow through on the early weakness. A light bid has come back into the long end of the JGB curve, which may be providing some spill over support. Headline flow remains limited, with the latest North Korean missile launch failing to provide much in the way of broader market impetus.
