US TSYS/SUPPLY: Traders projected that the 11:30 am ET $13B 2Y FRN reopening may
get done at a discount margin of 6.0 basis points. "It will go okay," said one

auction drew a 6-bps discount margin and a 3.32 bid/cover and 59.3% indirects,
2.04% directs, 38.71% dealers. 
- Meanwhile Fitch Ratings said it may review the US AAA rating negatively if the
US cannot get a debt ceiling raise in the coming weeks before the "X" (debt
limit) date; however it also said that a government shutdown would not have a
direct impact on the US's AAA rating. Note: Anyway this is all weeks away, we
are not even at the "X" date yet.
