US TSYS: Treasuries also saw technical selling as the 10-year note yield is now
at 2.321%, thus has broken above the 2.3127% 200-day moving average yield. 
- Tsys also hurt by the firmer US$/yen, which spurred black box selling in 10Y
futures. And the cash Tsys also have been hurt by the earlier block sale in 5Y
futures. Tsys also appear to have been hurt too as rate-locks done as high-grade
US$ corporate bond heats up. 
- Fannie Mae meanwhile passed on issuing agency debt today.
