US TSYS SUMMARY: Treasuries are a bit weaker Thursday, taking a modest breather
from the sell-off earlier in the week.
- T-Note Dec18 futures have traded in a fairly narrow 118-195/113-235 range,
last up 2/32 at 118-20.
- The Tsy curve is flat, with the 2-Yr yield up 0.9bps at 2.7993%, 5-Yr up
0.9bps at 2.9551%, 10-Yr up 0.9bps at 3.0719%, and 30-Yr up 0.8bps at 3.2182%.
- Eurodollar futures are flat, with contracts from Jun20 onward up 0.5 ticks.
- Dollar is a little lower despite US yields among the few globally that are
higher Thursday, with DXY index down 0.3% at 94.22.
- Data kicks off with initial jobless claims (expected to rise by 4,000 to a
still-low 208,000 level in the Sep 15 survey week) and Philly Fed at 0830EST. 
- Aug Existing home sales and leading indicators at 1000EST.
- NAFTA negotiations also bear watching, with U.S. Trade Representative
Lighthizer and Canadian Foreign Minister Freeland set to meet again Thursday
with pressure for a deal mounting.
