US TSYS SUMMARY: Treasuries have been steadily weakening early Tuesday. 
- Cash curve a little flatter, with short end / belly underperforming. The 2-Yr
yield is up 4.5bps at 2.287%, 5-Yr is up 4.8bps at 2.2267%, 10-Yr is up 4.1bps
at 2.4389%, and 30-Yr is up 2.9bps at 2.8909%.
- The Jun 19 T-Note future is down 5.5/32 at 124-05, having traded in a range of
124-30 to 124-16.
- 3M10Y spread up 3.1bps, but still inverted at -1.79bps. 2Y10Y spread
relatively steady at 15.2bps.
- Eurodollars down across the strip. Mar20 / Jun20 weakest, down 6 ticks each.
- Data later includes US housing starts, building permits and consumer
confidence. Fed's Evans & Daly also feature.
