US TSYS SUMMARY: Treasuries have been well bid all morning alongside a global
bond rally and sharp declines in equities.
- As our Tech analysts comment, "US Tsy futures are back on the front foot as
bulls look to recover the May 15-16 highs at 124-27 to reignite the uptrend."
- Jun 10-Yr futures (TY) last up 10/32 at 124-24 (L: 124-15 / H: 124-24.5).
- Yields falling in parallel: 2-Yr yield down 3.5bps at 2.1874%, 5-Yr down
3.5bps at 2.1442%, 10-Yr down 3.4bps at 2.3485%, 30-Yr down 3.3bps at 2.7747%.
- 3M10Y spread inverted once again, down -3.678bps at -2.340% (L: -2.869%).
- Risk-off obviously the order of the day so far, S&P Emini futures down 1.0%,
Nasdaq off 1.3%. Concerns include US-China trade conflict, weak Eurozone and
German PMI numbers, and Brexit woes with UK PM May`s future in doubt. 
- Fed speakers today include Kaplan, Daly, Bostic & Barkin (set to appear
together on a panel in Dallas, with Q&A). 
- Decent slate of data including US jobless claims and new home sales data,
while 10-Year TIPS sale also features.
