Saudi leadership wknd arrest of several Saudi princes on charges of alleged
corruption; meanwhile Saudi minister said Iran had aided a failed Houthi rebel
missile attack on Saudi soil, and that Saudis would retaliate, said CNN. 
- NYMEX crude oil prices +2.6% to $57.09 by 1:23pm ET; earlier oil spiked and
US$ declined and gold bullion rose too around 11:44am ET. Traders awaited news
on House Ways & Means panel tax package. 
- Tsys 2/10Y, 2/30Y, 2/5Y flatteners. Morning Tsy futures block buy: 3,885 Dec
10Y/Ultra at 134-17, 7:18am ET. MBS improved. US Eurodlr futures seller in front
end: 16,000 EDH8 at 98.323. 
- US swap sprd crve flatter; 2Y receiver at 1.8235, 2way 5Y flow at 
2.05635%-2.06172; 2/5Y steepener $47.4K DVO1, $94.8K 2/3/5Y fly, rcvg in belly. 
- NY Fed Dudley to retire mid-2018; said "we've been a bit surprised by
inflation" in 2017, said "2% inflation not a ceiling;" 
- High-grade corp. bond issuance: busy: large Apple debt deal Mon. US stks 
higher; European indexes lower.
