Treasuries see a bit more dip buying...>

US TSY FLOWS: Treasuries see a bit more dip buying going on. Some said softer
dollar/yen is helping Tsys out with mild FX-tied buying. And technical buying
appears to have surfaced in the cash 10-year note, which managed to hold below a
certain 2.289% technical yield level (which was the high yield of Aug. 4th and
Aug. 8th); the 10-year note today only hit a high yield of 2.282% at 8:56am ET.
