Tsy Cues In Driving Seat Post-U.S. PPI

GILTS

Gilts follow U.S. paper away from worst levels of the day post-U.S. PPI, although the contract remains comfortably within the range witnessed in recent sessions. Futures last +40 at 100.20, around the middle of Friday’s 74-tick range and off post-PPI highs. Gilt yields are 2-7bp lower across the curve, with a bull steepening bias seen.
