Treasuries have recovered from last week’s 107-31 low (May 29) and the contract is trading higher today. Short-term gains are considered corrective and trend signals continue to highlight a bearish condition. Resistance to watch is 109-12, the 50-day EMA. A clear break of this average is required to signal scope for a stronger bounce. A resumption of bearish activity would expose the key support at 107-12+, the Apr 25 low.
