3yr futures touched another all time high, with a distinct lack of significant

resistance leaving little to stop the nascent longs edging higher. Valuation

measures continue to scream overbought, with the RSI holding close to

multi-month highs, suggesting a pause is overdue. Next levels to the upside

remain at the 123.6% Fib projection at 99.138 and 1st pivot resistance at

99.227. To shift the outlook negative, a retracement below the 98.898 mark is

needed, with further support located at the 100-dma at 98.605.
