Tsys scaling back after extending late overnight session highs after new chancellor of the Exchequer Jeremy Hunt confirmed almost all measures from the 23 September mini-budget will be reversed following weeks of market turbulence.
  • Dec 30Y futures climbed to 124-21 high after the recent annc (30YY slipped to 3.9277% low), but have trimmed since gains last few minutes: bonds at 124-11 (+20), 30YY 3.9428% -.0488, as markets continue to digest the new UK Chancellor's statement.
  • Yield curves running flatter in the short end:
    • 3M10Y -4.712, 23.503 (L: 20.316 / H: 25.947)
    • 2Y10Y -2.134, -50.104 (L: -50.719 / H: -47.409)
    • 2Y30Y -0.353, -51.004 (L: -51.547 / H: -48.13)
