EUROZONE ISSUANCE: UNICREDIT AT1 mandate June 2025
- UniCredit S.p.A. has mandated Credit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Morgan
Stanley and UniCredit Bank as Joint Bookrunners for its Euro-denominated RegS
Bearer Benchmark, Perpetual Non-Call June 2025 Additional Tier 1 Transaction.
The notes will feature a temporary write-down mechanism with a 5.125% (Bank and
Group) transitional CET1 trigger and are expected to be rated [B+] by Fitch. The
transaction is expected to launch in the near future, subject to market
conditions.
