US CPI Eyed Amid Thin Local News Slate

  • Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Szijjarto spoke with his South Korean counterpart, Park Jin, by phone on Wednesday, MTI report. "Korean companies are among the five biggest groups of investors in Hungary, they're satisfied with the local investment environment and are taking decisions, one after the other, on new developments and capacity expansions," Szijjarto said in a post on Facebook.
  • There is very little else in the way of notable domestic news flow this morning.
  • The data docket is empty today, and indeed for the entirety of next week. Market participants will be eyeing the US CPI print this afternoon.
