upcoming U.S. economic indicators provided by participants in the MNI 
weekly survey. The comment section presents the key elements behind the 
median forecasts.

          Comments: Personal income is expected to post a 0.3% increase in 
July. The relative steadiness may be attributed to a strong labor market 
and relatively high consumer activity despite recession fears.
