EQUITIES: US equity futures indicating a lower open at the bell today of between
0.4-0.6%, following the mixed performance in core European bourses. US 10y
Treasury yields are broadly flat while the curve itself continues to flatten.
The USD index has recouped some lost ground seen in the European morning and now
sits comfortably above yesterday's high. With the key datapoints of the day
being out of the way, focus remains on earnings season, with PayPal, American
Express, BNY Mellon and Philip Morris International (among others) all due
today.
