US Shale Gas Output to Fall in Nov: EIA

NATURAL GAS

US shale gas output is expected to decline by 451 mcf/d on the month in November, according to the EIA Drilling Productivity Report.

  • Total gas production in November is expected to be 98.8 bcf/d. Appalachia sees the largest change, down 194 mcf/d.
  • Oil Production will fall by 50k b/d in November to 9.553m b/d. The biggest fall in oil production comes from Eagle Ford, with a fall of 19k b/d
  • The Drilling Productivity Report estimates recent and future oil and gas production for seven specific regions: Anadarko, Appalachia, Bakken, Eagle Ford, Haynesville, Niobrara, and Permian.
