US TSYS: US Tsys have had a quiet session so far with the 10-year operating in a
2 tick range, down one tick from yesterday's close at 117-25. The yield curve
has remains flat following yesterday's bullish flattening. 
- The correlation between the 2-year and the 10-year has broken down over recent
days with the 24-hour rolling correlation dropping deep into negative territory
after being highly positive in recent months. This could be suggesting that the
bond bear market is losing steam.
