USD/CAD advanced 13 pips overnight....>

DOLLAR-CANADA: USD/CAD advanced 13 pips overnight and last trades at C$1.3429,
as modest risk-off flows, observed across the broader FX space, weighed on CAD,
although WTI moved ~$0.25 higher.
- Initial resistance noted at the upper 1.0% 10-DMA envelope, located at
C$1.3452. Above here opens the upper Bollinger band (2%) at C$1.3472. On the
downside, the initial target is provided by the 100-HMA at C$1.3411 and a fall
below would allow bears to attempt a move at the Jan 24 high of C$1.3375.
- This week in Canada is not too rich in data releases, with domestic m'fing
sales coming out on Friday. Elsewhere, BoC Dep Gov Wilkins will speak on
Thursday, while focus will also continue to fall on the Canadian domestic
political situation.
