DOLLAR-CANADA: USDCAD is now breaking through the 50-dma to give another
positive signal, suggesting that a intermediate bottom has been established at
the 1.2528 April lows. A move through the medium term pivotal 1.2830 level will
add to the more bullish technical picture, opening the way for a return towards
the 1.30 area and the 1.3125 recent highs. The current rebound is supported by
medium term momentum indicators with intra-day trend indicators also continuing
to give positive signals.
