ENERGY
  • The weekly API oil inventory data is due for release today at 16:30 ET ahead of the EIA data tomorrow. The EIA data last week continued the declining trend in crude inventories seen over recent weeks while falling Cushing stocks have been supporting prices.
  • The Jun23 Brent options expire against the futures close price today. Some nearby exposures are spread across the strikes between 82$/bbl and 85$/bbl but the biggest volumes sit just below the current market at the 80$/bbl strike.
  • Also due to expire today are the US Henry Hub May23 options.
