gov't will review the rules on cross-border travel with regards to surrounding
nations where COVID-19 cases are rising. 
- This is likely to refer to Serbia, which saw mass protests in Belgrade
following the gov'ts imposition of tighter lockdown restrictions due to a spike
in cases (up 2.0% per day on average over the past week).
