US TSYS
US TSYS: Yields a touch lower across the curve in early cash trade, with the
latest RTRS estimate for today's USD/CNY fix seemingly helping the latest round
of risk off flows. A decent sized lift of over 4.0K lots in TYU9 also helped the
cause, with that contract last +0-12+ at 130-05, albeit back from the highs of
130-08+.
- Yields sit 1.1-2.1bp lower at writing, with some slight outperformance in the
longer end.
- Decent buying of USU9 164.00 and 164.50 calls was flagged early in Asia trade.
- eurodollar futures 2.0-5.0 ticks higher through the reds.
