Gilts have failed to hold onto the most recent highs and traded sharply lower yesterday. Futures probed initial support at 135.93, Sep 17 low. Follow through and a clear break of this support would signal scope for a deeper retracement opening 135.70, Sep 10 low. On the upside, yesterday's high of 136.60 marks initial resistance. A break would ease any bearish concerns and open key resistance at 137.04/05, Sep 21 high and a retracement level.
