Treasuries pulled off recent highs on the higher-than-forecast CPI print for October. This works against the positive short-term outlook that's been in place since the breach last week of 131.07, Oct 27 high. Note that the contract has also traded above the 50-day EMA and this strengthens the short-term case for bulls. A clear break of the EMA would reinforce a bull theme. The focus is on 132-08+, Oct 4 high. Initial firm support lies at 130-07+, Oct 29 low. The major support is at 129-31.
